How long will my loan term be?
Jayco Financial Services gives you flexibility of choosing loan terms between 1 – 7 years giving you the flexibility of being able to pay your loan off over a term that suits your budget and needs. Furthermore most of our products give you the option to make extra repayments or pay your loan out early with low to minimal exit fees.
What finance option is best for me?
There are many different finance options available, so although we take the hard work out of choosing a loan, it’s important to understand them so you know which loan best suits you. Your eligibility for different finance options will normally be contingent on things like your credit score, whether you’re looking for a consumer or commercial loan, your tenure o employment and what loan amount you’re after. Let us do all the heavy lifting and find you the best loan for you and your situation.
Secured caravan loans
Secured car loans are one of our most popular finance products and they involve using your newly purchased RV as collateral against the loan. This gives your lender the security that if you can’t meet your repayment obligations, they have the ability to repossess the RV and recover their funds. By giving your lender this security, they’re able to pass on a lower interest rate to you. This type of loan is normally used with new RVs.
Unsecured caravan loans
With an unsecured loan, your RV won’t be collateral against the loan. This means you’ll have to pay a slightly higher interest rate, but the lender also won’t be able to immediately repossess your RV if you can’t meet your repayments (but you might face legal action). Unsecured loans are usually used on older and used RVs however give you the flexibility of having no ongoing fees or exit fees.
Personal loans
This type of loan is similar to an unsecured loan but doesn’t have the same restrictions on what you must spend your loaned money on. This gives you more flexibility and the option to use your loan to pay for other RV-related expenses.
Commercial loan options
If you’re buying an RV for business purposes, there are a number of commercial loan options available to you. These include chattel mortgages, novated leases and hire purchases; we have lo-doc and full doc options available.
Should I buy new or used?
There is nothing wrong with opting for a second-hand RV. A little wear and tear are to be expected, but there are plenty at Jayco Dealerships that have been loved and well-maintained.

How do I work out which RV is best for me?
This is a big question and often takes in many factors to consider. When you’re figuring out how much you want to spend, it’s important to account for not just the vehicle itself, but all of the ongoing costs involved. When shopping around, there are a few questions you should ask yourself:
